They give artists a wide variety of possibilities in one product, as glaze application, firing temperature and shape affect the outcome of the finished work. Elements\u2122 are a two-color glaze with a main color and a secondary color called float. When Elements\u2122 are applied to detail pieces, the float color appears in the crevices. The EL-204 Glowing Embers is a pottery brush glaze. Matt, variegated brownish taupe glaze with an orange-brown stain. It has small and medium-sized brown crystals. <\/p>\n
At higher temperature (1220\u00b0C), base glaze changes to gold\/brown and breaks over texture; crystals turn brown. Improved mobility. Surface problems may occur. <\/p>\n
CAUTION <\/b>when used on vertical pieces: reduce the thickness of the glaze to the lower third to minimize run-off. <\/p>\n
