Manderine Orange – Speedball underglaze no.1027 – 1077

Speedball’s Underglazes offer artists spectacular results that burn consistently across most of the color gamut, and are unmatched in vibrancy and value. Originally formulated to perform in a wide firing range, 05-6, Speedball’s Underglazes have been successfully fired on Cone 10. Suitable for use on green pottery or bisque, each color produces a softer, velvety finish when left unglazed, and becomes more intense in richness when covered with a translucent glaze. For best results, use Speedball Clear Earthenware or Stoneware Clear Glaze with Speedball Underglazes. Speedball recommends making test tiles to match the artist’s clay body and firing schedule.
