Ready-to-use brush-on glaze
This glossy stoneware glaze,, has a natural fossil color with warm earth tones and subtle color nuances. The lead-free glaze is ready to use, easy to apply, and gives the surface a vibrant appearance with great depth.
Suitable for a firing temperature of 1220–1240°C. The final result is influenced by the firing curve, the type of clay, and the layer thickness.
This glaze was tested for acid resistance using a 3% hydrochloric acid solution for 96 hours and showed no signs of deterioration. For tableware intended for sale, we always recommend testing the final product under your own firing conditions to ensure food safety and durability.
Tip: This glaze can run quite a bit during firing. Therefore, don’t apply thick layers, and keep the bottom of the piece free of glaze.
