Cone 06: Clean, clear surface and glossy finish. Suitable for gloss.
Cone 6: No color change – blistering may occur.
Maycocolors has clear transparent glazes and provide a glossy (S-2101) or matte (C-300) finish on top of your colored glaze decoration.
Layer thickness determines the final result, if the transparent glaze is too thick it may become milky.
S-2101 may not be compatible with all Red clays, as a bluish haze may appear after firing.
