SW-003 is a transprant matte crackle stoneware brush glaze. It is a soft matte, semi-transparent glaze that develops a fine crackle pattern.

Functionally, clear glazes form an impenetrable barrier that protects against liquids, dirt and abrasion. Aesthetically, our clear glazes provide a glossy or matte finish on top of your colored glaze decoration.

TIP
It takes at least two coats to develop a crackle pattern. To accentuate the crackle pattern, wipe black acrylic or ink over the dinnerware after firing and wipe it off so the ink fills in the cracks.
