Return conditions

• Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Steps for Returns

1. Report your return to
   Send an e-mail to info@pottenbakster.nl with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
   
   
2. Pack your items carefully
   Make sure the items are well packed to avoid damage in transit. We are not responsible for damaged returns.
   
   
3. Send your return
   You can send the package to the following address:

   Include the original packing slip or a printout of your e-mail confirmation with the package.

4. Shipping costs
   The cost of returning the products is at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part (damaged or wrongly delivered product).

Refund

Once we have received and verified your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that any shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damage or Defects

Did you receive a damaged or defective product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@pottenbakster.nl and include clear photos of the defect. We will then provide a suitable solution.
