Shipping Methods

By default, we ship via DPD Home. During checkout, you can also choose delivery to a pickup point. In addition, we offer the option of pallet delivery via DHL for orders heavier than 60 kg.

Would you prefer your order under 60 kg to be shipped with DHL instead of DPD? Please indicate this in the comments during checkout or contact us. Please note that this may possibly result in longer delivery time and additional charges depending on your location.

Shipping days

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Orders placed before noon on these days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed later will be processed on the next shipping day.

Delivery time

The standard delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days. For deliveries to Belgium and other European countries, delivery time may vary from 1-5 business days, depending on location.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. During checkout, you will see the exact shipping costs for your order. If your order is heavier than the standard weight limits, additional charges may apply.

• Orders up to 60 kg: Standard shipping rates.
• Orders over 60 kg: Pallet delivery via DHL, for which higher shipping costs apply.

Collection

Would you prefer to pick up your order yourself? You can! You can pick up your order free of charge at our studio store. Consult the store opening hours or make an appointment directly.

Insured Shipping

We pack your package with the utmost care. Nevertheless, we are not liable for damage or breakage during transport. Shipping is at your own risk. Do you want insured shipping? Please mention this with your order; additional charges will apply. Feel free to contact us for the possibilities.

Track your order

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can easily track your order.
