General information about ordering

Welcome to ceramiekenglazuur.nl! Below you will find everything you need to know about placing an order in our webshop.

How to order.

1. Select your products
   Browse our collection and add the desired items to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
   
   
2. Check your cart
   When you have finished shopping, you can view your cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon. Check that all products and quantities are correct.
   
   
3. Enter your information
   Click “Checkout” and fill in the required information, such as your name, address and contact information. Already have an account? Then simply log in for faster processing.
   
   
4. Choose your shipping method
   You can choose standard home delivery or pickup at a pickup point. More information on shipping options can be found here.
   
   
5. Select your payment method
   We offer several secure payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, and Apple Pay. Please make your choice and complete the payment.
   
   
6. Confirmation
   After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. You will also receive an e-mail with the track & trace information once your package has been shipped.

We offer the following payment options:

• Bank Transfer

Choose the option that suits you best and follow the instructions to complete the payment securely.

Delivery time

We ship packages on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. If you have ordered your order before 12:00 noon on one of these days, it will be shipped that same day. If your order arrives after 12:00 noon, it will be shipped the next shipping day. Delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1-2 business days. For shipments abroad the delivery time may vary.

Change or cancel order

Would you like to change or cancel an order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@pottenbakster.nl. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
