The MBG141 Coffe Been from the Two step Oilspot series is a full glaze. It is it a dark mottled brown color, with a look similar to that of leather. In addition, it forms a base color for the texas two step line of coyote.
The Texas Two-Step Oilspots is a special series that uses pairs of glazes to create unique effects. Wherever one of the five overlays is placed on Licorice, Coffee Bean, Fren, Mulberry, Persimmon or Brick Red, a beautiful mottled pattern is created during firing.
Tip:
Thicker applications lead to larger spots. Try using wax resistance after the first coat to create negative space designs.
