This high-quality pottery tool features a 3 mm wide U-tip blade with a flat edge, perfect for creating fine, even U-tip lines along a straight edge. The beautifully handcrafted 139 mm hardwood handle provides a firm and comfortable grip, while the two colorful foam handles add extra style and ease of use. The adjustable blade angle makes the tool versatile and suitable for a variety of ceramic techniques.
With a durable stainless steel blade that never becomes blunt and leaves little to no burrs or dirt, this tool is ideal for carving leather-hard clay and underglazed surfaces. It is perfect for cutting clay shavings and smoothly transitioning from sharp edges to round shapes. In addition, it is an excellent choice for techniques such as sgraffito, Mishima, sculpting and scraping.
The sharp blade provides faster and cleaner cuts, increases efficiency and reduces fatigue with prolonged use. This tool comes with a free spare blade, and additional blades are available separately. Please note that the wood grain of the handle may vary, making each one unique.
