MBG241 Magenta Sky is an Archie Glaze. These glazes can vary dramatically in appearance depending on the clay used, thickness of application, and in some cases firing.
Please note the archie line from coyote does not match all clays! So always test on a tile before applying to your work.
The Archie’s Series can be challenging to use, but rewards your skill with some of the finest glazes available. They flow and integrate with other colors dramatically, creating fantastic finishes unlike anything possible in an electric kiln. They are also greatly affected by slow cooling. Ideal firing temperature cone 5/ 6. Food safe
