Prices:
All prices include VAT and we reserve the right to change them, without further notice.
Price changes also apply to goods already ordered.

Deliveries/delivery time/damage
If in stock, we aim to deliver within 1 to 5 business days within the Netherlands. Packages are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, orders received before noon on the shipping day will be shipped the same day. Shipping rates can be found under heading shipping costs.

All items are carefully packed by us for shipment and shipped by default with DPD. Ceramics & Glaze packages your orders with care and is not responsible for any damage or breakage in transit. Shipping is done entirely at your own risk.
Of course, it is also possible to pick up you order. See opening hours of studio store for this.

If you require insured transportation please indicate this with your order. Please note there is an additional charge for this!!!
If you would like to have your package shipped via another transportation company, please ask about the options. There may be additional charges for this.

Articles:
Descriptions and pictures of the articles are shown as accurately as possible, this may be deviated from if a supplier changes this article.

Delivery:
Takes place at ground level and at an address accessible by truck.
Approved schools, institutions and companies we deliver on account.
All other customers pay in advance. That is why you will receive an invoice immediately after ordering through the online store.
After receiving your payment, we will proceed with shipping.

Payment:
Must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, by bank transfer.
In case of delayed delivery from the client out, the invoice must also be paid within 14 days.
A maximum of one account per customer can be open, we reserve the right to deliver a second order only if we do not have any other open account left.

Returns:
After consultation, orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the products. Only products that are unopened and unused can be returned. Shipping costs are at your own expense and can be returned to:
