Rose quartz is a shiny, opaque, variegated pink glaze that breaks over texture. Pastel pink microcrystallization can develop on vertical surfaces.
Cone 10: The glaze darkens and desaturates to dusty pink with red and mauve shading and white microcrystallization. Breaks mauve gray over the texture.
TIP: Thin application results in vibrant pink; light pink shades develop with additional application. This glaze is liquid at 3 coats. Anticipate glaze movement with pulled-back application on vertical surfaces to prevent unwanted run-off.
