EZ010 French Brown is a translucent underglaze suitable for use with a number of decoration techniques such as airbrushing, antiquing and brush strokes.
Cone 6: The color becomes lighter. Recommended clear: SW-001 Stoneware Clear.
Cone 10: Color becomes lighter. Recommended transparency: Stoneware Zinc Free Transparent.

Duncan E-Z Stroke® has a distinct translucent quality, even when one color is applied over another. They should not be used for coverage in solid colors, but for design work, simulated porcelain painting techniques, plaque effects or any other technique where a shadow or two-color effect is desired. E-Z Strokes® are also the preferred underglaze medium for contouring and detailing, including eyes, personalizing with names and dates, and accenting design work.
